One of our most important and greatest challenges is attracting and retaining the best educators. As educators face increasing challenges and public-school salaries continue to increase, we must be strategic in our planned approach to this issue. To maintain the standard of excellence that defines our school, it has become imperative to address this issue by offering competitive salaries to our exceptional teachers and staff, allowing us to continue to recruit and retain the highest quality educators. We firmly believe that investing in our educators will yield immeasurable dividends in the form of well-rounded and compassionate graduates.
Furthermore, we seek to utilize the Baron Fund to support a thriving environment for Campus Ministry, the arts, athletics, and student organizations such as the Pro-Life Club’s March for Life trip, Troupe 4127, and Model UN. These programs serve as crucial platforms for our students to grow in their faith, explore their talents, and develop leadership skills. Additionally, the Baron Fund generously supports tuition assistance, helping those families most in need.
While the commitment of our parents and guardians is unwavering, there remains a financial gap between what we collect in tuition and the actual cost of operating our school. This gap amounts to approximately $2,000 per student per year. It is in times like these that we turn to our compassionate community of supporters – individuals like yourself – to help us bridge this deficit.
