Thank you for signing up for Open House at SPCHS!

If you have signed up for the 4:30pm - 6:00pm time, please arrive between

4:15pm - 4:25pm for check-in.

If you have signed up for the 6:00pm - 7:30pm time, please arrive between

5:45pm - 5:55pm for check-in.

Below are more details for the evening:

Checking in/Parking:

Parking: You may park in any free parking spot in front of the Learning Commons. After, you may enter through the white gates.
There will be Student Ambassadors and staff to lead you to the check-in tables.
Check-in: Please check in approximately 10 minutes before the time you signed up for so that we may begin our evening right at 4:30pm or right at 6:00pm. We have a lot planned for your visit so we want to make the most of your time on campus!

First Portion of Your Evening:

The first portion of this evening will take place in the Auditorium. Our educators will be stationed at different locations/tables in the Auditorium. You and your family will be able to visit each educator and learn more about their subject area on a high school level.

Families will rotate and visit with each teacher for 5-6 minutes to learn more about their subject area, projects, and more!
Student Ambassadors will keep track of time and notify all families when it is time to move onto the next table/subject area.

Second Portion of Your Evening:

After this portion of the evening, you and your family will get to visit four other areas of your choosing! We have allotted enough time so that you will be able to visit four of the following areas for 8 minutes at a time.

Student Ambassadors, staff, and parent volunteers will be available to help guide you through campus.

After Open House Ends: Live music, football, and more!

After your Open House shift ends, you can join in the Courtyard for live music (by our school band), refreshments, snacks, and more!

SPCHS will be playing our last home game this evening as well!

All families joining us for Open House will receive free admission to the football game after Open House.

Families joining us for the first shift (4:30 - 6:00) will be able to see the full game!

Families joining us for the second shift (6:00pm - 7:30pm), will be able to attend the football game at half time and watch the second half!
