High School Placement Test (HSPT)

BFAD

The High School Placement Test (HSPT) is needed in order to begin the admissions decision-making process and is used for placement purposes. All incoming freshmen looking to attend a diocesan high school are required to take the HSPT.

The 2020 HSPT date is Saturday, November 7th.

This will take place at St. Petersburg Catholic’s campus. Parents can drop students off between 7:15am and 7:30am in the Learning Commons. Students will be ready for pick up around 11:30am.

Students needing special testing accommodations should contact Tina Rapp at trapp@spchs.org. Pickup time will differ if your student has special testing accommodations.

Please ensure that your child brings the following with them on the day of the test:

  • Cash or check in the amount of $50.00. This covers the cost of administering the test, proctors, and a snack for break
  • (2) #2 pencils

We highly encourage all students to get a full night’s rest and eat a healthy breakfast so they feel ready and confident!
