Parent & Student Service Hours

In strong, healthy communities everyone serves and plays a part in the mission. This sentiment is at the very core of our school motto, “fortes in unitate.”

As a necessary means to allow our school community to flourish, we require each family (parents/couples) to dedicate 10 hours of time per year and each student to dedicate 25 hours of time per year to being involved and engaged in a variety of ways.

Parent Support Hours must be completed at St. Petersburg Catholic High School or at SPC sponsored events. While outside service to the community is commended, parent/guardian volunteer efforts outside of SPCHS will NOT count toward your Parent Support Hours.

*Only parents and legal guardians are eligible for completing service hours on behalf of the family unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please contact Michelle Delaney at [email protected].

**Every St. Petersburg Catholic student is required to perform a minimum of 100 service hours during their four-year career at St. Petersburg Catholic, with a minimum of 25 hours each academic year until they reach the 100 hours. Twenty-five of the 100 hours must be completed at one entity during the course of their four years at St. Petersburg Catholic. Please contact Miss Wiand at [email protected] for more information.

Mobile Serve is a program used for tracking volunteer hours and engagement. Parents and students will create separate Mobile Serve accounts to log in and track their hours.
