Erin Russano – President
My name is Erin Russano, I am your President of the Parent Association Board. We live in Seminole. My Husband and I own Treasure Island Realty and have 2 Children here in SPCHS. Sonny is a Senior and is the Student Body President. My Daughter Sally is a Sophomore and is President of the Sophomore Class. My Husband and I are originally from New York, Sonny was born on Long Island and Sally was born here and the ONLY person in our Family, ever born out of the State of New York! SPCHS is a perfect fit for our Family. If you see me around Campus, please stop and say hello. I’d love to meet you!
Edith Lanning - Secretary
My Name is Edith Lanning and I serve as Secretary of the SPC Parent Association. My husband Michael and I are the proud parents of Victoria (Alumna Class of 2018- and Sophomore at the University of Florida – Go Gators!), and Michael (Senior). Both graduated from St. Jude’s Cathedral School. Both our children have always been involved in the Student Government, Youth Ministry, Praise Band and sports (volleyball, softball and baseball, bowling and cross country). We are so blessed to have joined St. Pete Catholic and this wonderful family of caring and supportive staff, parents and students. Feel free to reach out to us for any questions or anything needed.
Sandi Banfalvy - Treasurer
My name is Sandi Banfalvy, I am a SPCHS Alumna and my daughter Ariel is in 10th grade. We are both active in school and community. Ariel is very active at SPC being part of the Baronettes, Best Buddies, Student Council, Drama/Vocal and she is a Student Ambassador. Outside of school Ariel is the reigning Miss Teen Florida, a competitive dancer, assistant for a dance convention and active in volunteering in the community.
While Ariel is working hard so am I. During our years in South Florida, I was a member of the FSA (Family School Association), holding the positions of Room Parent Coordinator and Secretary. During Ariel's Freshman year at SPC I was a member of the Parent Association and Gala Committee and volunteered at events throughout the year. Being involved and present in Ariel's life is extremely important to me. I am great with planning fundraising events, scheduling events and am a huge supporter of team work! My strongest attribute is organization. I look forward to working with the new SPC PA family!
Senior Class Representatives
My name is Dawn Miller and I am serving as senior class representative for the 2019-2020 school year. I am a graduate of Univ of Texas and am president of a local steel construction company. My wife Mia is a light therapist and our family of five lives in Causeway Isles. Grace is our oldest and is a senior at SPC and on the swim team. Kate is in 8th grade and Maxwell is in 4th grade at St. Paul's Catholic School. I received a catholic education thru high school which has provided me with a firm foundation for my life and is something we are providing all of our kids. I have enjoyed volunteering for the gala over the last few years and look forward to continued involvement with SPCHS community. Go Barons!
My name is Kristi Herman and I serve as a Junior class representative. My oldest daughter, Courtney, graduated in 2014, my oldest son, Christopher, graduated in 2016. They both attend the University of Florida (Go, Gators!) My youngest son, Michael, is entering 11th grade this Fall. I am currently homeschooling my youngest daughter, Teagan. My family has been involved with St. Petersburg Catholic High School for almost 7 years. The school has been and is a wonderful place that academically challenges students, helps them develop and creates a community based on faith for them to continue to grow. My family’s interests have been tennis, swimming, student government and academic achievement.
My name is Monica Mena and I serve as a Junior Class Representative on the SPC Parent Association. I am a graduate of SPC and my oldest son Sebastian is a Junior (Class of 2020) and my youngest son Christian is a 7th Grader at St. Jude School. I am forever thankful for the Catholic education I received at St. Pete Catholic and so grateful to give the same opportunity to my son. The sense of community we have built here at SPC throughout the years between the parents, families, staff and faculty is what makes SPC such a special place. Once a Baron always a Baron!

My name is Brooke Ryczek and I am a Junior Class Representative this year on the board. My husband Dennis and I have three kids. Catholic education has always been a top priority for us, and while our two older children decided on different paths for high school, our youngest son Andrew is a junior at SPC this year. SPC has been the perfect fit for him academically, spiritually and socially. My husband and I would be happy to answer any questions you may have or offer support and assistance with anything you might need. We are happy to serve in this wonderful community.
Junior Class Representatives
Hello, my name is Kathy McCabe, I am one of your Junior Representatives of the PA Board for the school year 2019-2020. My husband Mike and myself have an Electrical Company, Innovative Electrical Solutions, LLC. We are very active in the Community along with St. Petersburg Catholic High School. I am a graduate of St. Petersburg Catholic H.S., as well as my brothers who graduated from Bishop Barry. We have 3 children. Micaela who graduated SPC 2015 and is now attending Temple University. Bethany who graduated in 2017 and is attending St. Petersburg College and is employed by our Company and Keegan who will be entering his Junior year here at SPC and is an aspiring Artist. All 3 of my children are graduates of the Cathedral School of St. Jude.
I am a true believer in a Catholic School Education and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

My name is Kitty Labrador. My husband, Dr. Labrador and I have 2 great children. We have a Junior, Charles A. Labrador & we also have a daughter in 8th Grade at the Cathedral School of St. Jude (Go Hawks!). I am very excited to be part for the third consecutive year of the Parent Association Board. We are looking forward to another year of support to our students, staff and faculty. My husband and I are very blessed to have our son at SPCHS! We are happy to serve in this awesome community. Hi, my name is Lisette Shields. I will be your Junior representative of the PA Board for the school year 2019-2010 school year. My husband Frank and I have three children. Kalista is a sophomore in college, Jonathan is a Junior at St Pete Catholic and Jameson is a fifth grader at St. Raphael. I am a graduate of St. Pete Catholic and I am excited that my son Jonathan is a Baron as well! I enjoyed volunteering at SPCHS last year. It was a great way to meet other parents and to be part of this wonderful community at SPCHS. Looking forward to an awesome year.
My name is Sharon Rhoads and my family has been a part of SPCHS since 2008. Our youngest children, Destiny and Faith, are twins and will be juniors this year. We have two SPCHS alumnae children, Ashley (2012) who is currently in her third year at Stetson College of Law and Parker (2015) who graduated in May from Florida State University (GO 'NOLES!!). My husband, Ron Rhoads, is a faculty member at SPCHS and is the head baseball coach. My passion is education, both personally as a parent and professionally, as VP of a private college group. The past two years, I have served on the Parent Board and I am looking forward to serving this year as well. SPCHS has always been a second home to my children and our family and we look forward to helping it continue to grow and prosper. GO BARONS!!
Sophomore Class Representatives
Hi, my name is Robyn Montanez and I am proud to serve as a Sophomore class representative. This is my second year here at St. Pete Catholic. My husband Tony and I have 2 daughters. Sierra is a Sophomore and Lily, who is currently in 7thgrade at St. John Vianney Catholic School. I have been an active member at St. John’s for many years, serving 2 terms as President of the Parent Board as well as serving as an active member of many fundraising committees. I also work full time for a Global Manufacturing Company and part time as the Wedding Coordinator at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. I am excited for another year at SPC and looking forward to continuing to be an active member of the SPCHS family.
My name is Kelly Wiand and I serve as Treasurer of the SPC Parent Association. My husband, Chris, and I are proud graduates of SPC. Our oldest son, Zachary (SPC class of 2017), is a sophomore at FSU. Our daughter Hannah is a SPC grad of 2018 and will be attending St. Leo University this Fall. Mac, our youngest, will begin his SPC journey this Fall as a freshman. St. Pete Catholic is an amazing community filled with terrific administrators, faculty, staff, students and families.

Hello. My name is Yamira Cardona and I serve as a sophomore class representative on the SPC Parent Association. My husband Francisco and I have three children, Diego, who graduated in 2016 and is currently attending Johns Hopkins University, Andre, who is a sophomore at SPC, and Ariadna, who is entering 9th grade in the fall at SPC. Freshman Class Representatives
My Name is Victoria Hitchcock and this is our first year at Saint Petersburg Catholic High School. My husband and I work full time running our medical business and we have two children: Abigale is a freshman this year and our 26 year old son Brandon, is engaged to a wonderful girl, Taylor. We attend BridgePoint Church regularly and feel blessed and excited to be a part of the SPC family and community!
Hello! My name is Lauri Haffner. I am excited to serve as a Representative for the Freshman class on the Parent Association Board at St. Pete Catholic this year. My husband, John and I, have 3 sons. Our oldest, Noah, is a recent graduate of Florida State University. Our middle son, Christopher, is a Freshman at SPC this year and our youngest son, Benjamin, is in 7thgrade at the Cathedral School of St. Jude. I am very involved at St. Jude School serving on the PA Board, the School Advisory Board as the Secretary and Co-Chairing the St. Jude Annual Spring Auction for the last 4 years. I have also participated in various children’s and youth ministries at the School and Parish of St. Jude. We are so happy to be a part of the exciting things happening at St. Pete Catholic and I am honored to begin our years here as a member of the PA Board.
Hi! My name is Crystal Hernandez and I am thrilled to represent the Freshman class on the Parent Association Board for you this year. My husband Christopher and I have two children, our son Christian who is a freshman this year at St. Pete Catholic, and our niece Brianna who we are adopting and is currently in 7th grade at St. Paul Catholic School. I work at St. Paul's as the Director of the Children's Center. We have always been very involved in many ministries of St. Paul Catholic Church and School, and I look forward to meeting new friends and sharing our time and talents with the SPCHS family, GO BARONS!
