We are excited that you are considering St. Petersburg Catholic High School, a Christ-centered, co-ed college preparatory school rooted in a firm foundation of Catholic faith, family, tradition, and excellence. Admission Process

The St. Petersburg Catholic High School application process begins online.

Step 1

 

Create an online account with St. Petersburg Catholic High School here.

 

Step 2

 

After your account is created you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account. Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not immediately show up in your inbox. 

 

Create and complete a new student application for your student. If you need additional time to complete your application, you may log in and out of your account.

Please note for your application to be considered for admission you will need to do the following:

  • Complete the online application for each prospective student
  • Submit a non-refundable fee of $75 for each prospective student
  • Submit a records release form for each prospective student
  • Provide 8th grade English, Math, and Science teacher's name and email address for each prospective student
  • Provide Principal's name and email address for each prospective student
  • Entrance Exam (Please notify Admissions if HSPT has been taken)
  • Submit accommodations paperwork if applicable  (SSP, IEP, or 504 plan)

You can track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms, and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

St. Petersburg Catholic High School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. St. Petersburg Catholic High School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

St. Petersburg Catholic High School accepts students in grades 9 - 11 based on available space. The applications of transfers are considered at the discretion of the Admissions Committee. Transfer students will only be accepted at the beginning of each semester (August or January).  In general, senior transfers are not accepted. However, individual decisions are made at the discretion of the Admissions Committee. Review the steps below to access the transfer application.

  • Submit a transfer affidavit form for each prospective student to the current school
  • Submit a records release form for each prospective student
  • Provide the current English and Math teacher's name and email address for each prospective student
  • Provide the name and email address for a teacher of your choice for each prospective student (School Counselor or Administrator are acceptable)
  • Submit accommodations paperwork if applicable  (SSP, IEP, or 504 plan)

Step 3

Interview with the Principal. The Executive Assistant to the Principal will contact students to schedule an interview.

St. Petersburg Catholic High School accepts international students in grades 9 - 11 based on available space. The applications of international students are considered at the discretion of the Admissions Committee.  In general, we anticipate international students to earn a US High School Diploma by attending for more than one year. However, individual decisions are made at the discretion of the Admissions Committee.
