Gradebook Notifications

1. Log into your FACTS Family Portal Account.

 

 

2. Under the School dropdown, select "Web Forms".

 

 

 

3. Select the "Parent Preferences" form that is listed.

 

 

 

4. Scroll to the "Auto Email Gbk Progress Report" section and select either "Never", "Daily", or "Weekly" as your preference for when you will receive gradebook notifications.

 

 

5. Click “Save" at the bottom of the list to save your changes.  You should now receive emails from FACTS/Renweb with gradebook information either Daily or Weekly (on Sundays) at around 7pm, depending on your selection.
