Catherina Kolcum
Born in Ohio but raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, Mrs. Kolcum knew she wanted to be a lawyer when she was older. To help her earn her Juris Doctor, Mrs. Kolcum went to Eckerd College and then on to Shepard Broad Law School. She uses her legal skills to help advocate for her students, ensuring that they receive the support and accommodations they need in school. She loves seeing her students succeed in and out of school. Mrs. Kolcum is appreciative of her wonderful working relationship with her mentor and colleague, Tina Rapp. Her favorite memory so far is attending the 2023 graduation ceremony and seeing the happy faces on all of our SPC graduates. In her free time, Mrs. Kolcum enjoys sailing with her family on Tampa Bay and visiting her daughter at the United States Naval Academy.
